Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application “Reload Log” (the “App”) provided by hecuhecu (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Application

These Terms apply to all use of and access to the App.

2. Registration

The App can be used without registration. If any feature requires registration, it will be indicated separately within the App.

3. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

1. Violate any law or public order and morals
2. Engage in conduct related to criminal activity
3. Interfere with the operation of the App
4. Cause disadvantage to other users or third parties
5. Decompile or reverse-engineer the App
6. Enter into the App any image or text that infringes the copyright, portrait rights, or other rights of a third party
7. Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate

4. Camera and Photos

The App uses the camera and photo library to let you attach photos to your records. Photos are stored only on your device and are not transmitted externally (see the Privacy Policy for details). You can use the App’s core features by manual entry even if you do not grant camera or photo access.

5. Safety Notice — Reloading Is at Your Own Risk

The App is a record-keeping and data-management tool for handloading and shooting activities. It is not a load manual and does not recommend, prescribe, suggest, or supply charge weights or load data of any kind.

• The charge-range alert compares your recorded load only against a maximum value that you enter yourself from published manufacturer data. Any values shown are those you entered.
• Handloading and the discharge of firearms are inherently dangerous. You are solely responsible for following current published load data from your component manufacturers and for safe practices.
• We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of any data you enter or of any calculation, and we assume no liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from reloading, shooting, or use of the App.

6. Suspension of the App

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice if:

1. Maintenance, inspection, or updates of the system are required
2. Provision of the App becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, or power outage
3. We otherwise determine that provision of the App is difficult

7. Paid Services

1. The App offers the following paid plans, which unlock the node visualization (charge vs. velocity vs. group-size chart), unlimited recipes and range sessions, and an ad-free experience:
   • Lifetime: a one-time purchase for continued access to the paid features ($49.99). No auto-renewal.
   • Monthly: an auto-renewing subscription ($2.99 / month)
   • Yearly: an auto-renewing subscription ($18.99 / year, with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers)
2. Prices follow those shown on the App’s App Store product page and within the App.
3. Payment is charged to the payment method registered to your Apple ID at the time of purchase.
4. Free trial (Yearly only): The Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers only. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it will automatically convert to the paid Yearly plan. The Monthly and Lifetime plans have no free trial.
5. Auto-renewal (Monthly / Yearly): The Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews and the next period is charged.
6. Managing / canceling subscriptions: You can manage subscriptions, cancel a free trial, or turn off auto-renewal anytime via iOS “Settings” → “your name” → “Subscriptions”. After cancellation, you retain access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period.
7. Restoring purchases: A Lifetime purchase and active subscriptions can be restored via “Restore Purchases” under the same Apple ID.
8. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds after purchase are generally not available. For refund requests, please use Apple’s support page (https://reportaproblem.apple.com/).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We make no express or implied warranty that the App is free of defects in fact or in law. Any views the App provides (such as cost totals and charts based on your entries) are for reference only, based on the data you enter, and do not guarantee any outcome. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, to the extent permitted by law. See also Section 5 regarding reloading and firearm safety.

9. Changes to the Service

We may change the content of the App or discontinue its provision without notice to users, and we are not liable for any damages to users arising from this.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms without notice to users when we deem it necessary.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
